FYI, 'writing-mode' was added within a week (http://caniuse.com/#feat=css-writing-mode), though it's still on the issues list because "Information for rtl, ltr, bdo & unicode-bidi is still to come". Orphans and widows is currently second on the list, and CSS Paged Media is languishing in 14th position. There's a smörgåsbord of issues that people have already raised that you could vote on. Should we raise an issue that caniuse.com should also cover print formatters? Regards, Tony.
