Vote to add more page layout properties to caniuse.com

The popular caniuse.com website has a system of voting by GitHub issue 
comments for determining which new properties, etc., are added to the 
site.  See:

For those with a GitHub account, adding a '+1' comment to issues for 
relevant layout-related properties could see them moved up the list and, 
ideally, added to caniuse.com sooner rather than later:

  - CSS Paged Media

  - css writing-mode with rtl, ltr, bdo & unicode-bidi values
    https://github.com/Fyrd/caniuse/issues/996

  - orphans, widow
    https://github.com/Fyrd/caniuse/issues/985
