Dave has left the CG

I sincerely regret having to advise that Dave Pawson has left the CG.

I don't know what the protocol is supposed to be when someone leaves a CG,
but Dave was one of the original five supporters needed to let the CG
start as well being one of the main voices on this mailing list.  I regret
that he found it necessary to leave the CG.
