Since I couldn't get a distribution that fitted within the 5MB upload file
size limit of the wiki, I've made it work by requiring the Windows user to
download more and larger files instead.

Instructions at http://www.w3.org/community/ppl/wiki/FOPRunXSLTExt now
require the user to separately download and install Saxon and FOP
distributions as well as downloading the now-small FOPRunXSLTExt
distribution.

I can do the Linux instructions eventually, but someone else will have to
work out how to make it work on a Mac.
