FYI, I have started a wiki page about Arved's FOPRunXSLTExt jar at
http://www.w3.org/community/ppl/wiki/FOPRunXSLTExt

The page links to a copy of the jar and to the source for a Windows .bat
file to run it, but the grand plan to have a .zip file with everything
that you need to run it on Windows didn't work out because the .zip file
is over the upload file size limit for the wiki.  I may try it again
later, though, after removing saxon9he.jar from the .zip file.
