I started a Western [Paged] Layout Requirements page, http://www.w3.org/community/ppl/wiki/Western_Layout_Requirements The purpose is identify things that XSL-FO needs from CSS, but rather than _only_ write up such things, I'm writing up something more general, so that CSS people can see the context, and also so that we're less likely to miss things. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated.
