More on the HTTP Link header issue

Tim BL has just posted a note to the Semantic Web Interest Group that 
adds weight to the idea that, while HTTP Link Header may not be part of 
any official (and not expired) standards document, the following are true:

1. It works
2. It's jolly useful
3. There are tools that implement it.
