Hi Johannes, The intention behind requirement 3.2.4 has always been to make sure that POWDER and EARL work together - i.e. that the realisation of this requirement would be a predicate that pointed to an EARL result that supported the claims made in the Description Resource. We're discussing the use cases doc at our face to face meeting next week and will certainly consider adding something like "such as an EARL test result" - but the argument against is that the use cases don't refer to any specific technologies as solutions, only in the context of adding DRs to existing technologies where appropriate. Thanks again for taking the time to review our work to date, it is deeply appreciated.
