INVITATION: Second Virtual Community meeting Sept 13

Hello,

As part of the next steps session during our community meeting in Taiwan 
<http://www.perey.com/ARStandards/%5BPerey%5DNext_Steps_June_16_2011.pdf>, 
we thought it would be valuable to have conference calls for the 
community between the face-to-face meetings.

Use of a conference bridge has been generously donated by Khronos Group 
<http://www.khronos.org> and co-chairs from National University 
Singapore Mixed Reality Labs <http://www.mixedreality.nus.edu.sg/> 
volunteered. Thank you for this support!

The virtual meeting goals are:

-    Orient more people in the open AR community to the "community 
resources" namely:
       o    Vocabulary
       o    Use cases
       o    Reference model or architecture
   and to work together to move these resources forward.

-    To articulate and to clarify the community's benefits to work 
together towards open and interoperable AR experiences

-    To identify like interests and break into small groups of people 
willing to work on specific topics (the "special interest groups") and 
to have a venue for the SIGs to report on their progress

The first virtual meeting was conducted on Tuesday July 19.

The second virtual meeting will be on Sept 13.
