> I look forward to reading what others think/would like to have. Hello all, As Christine pointed out, POIs in the AR sense need not be (absolutely) geolocated, something that was mentioned by several participants of the POI workshop in Barcelona. Including the planned POI work into the Geolocation charter would either bloat the Geolocation charter beyond the field of Geolocation or dismiss the non-geo part of the POI WG. Either scenario looks undesirable to me. On the other hand, Geolocation (lat/lon/alt) and Device orientation are very important to (mobile) web based AR. As Lars Erik pointed out, these subjects are already in scope for the next Geolocation WG charter. I would encourage the AR enthusiasts in the POI WG to contribute to the work in the next charter of the Geolocation WG and perhaps appoint a liaison to coordinate reponsibilities and thereby prevent overlap and gaps. Is there perhaps someone that is already in both groups and would like to take up the position of liaison? Best regards, Jens
