emilio has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents: == Specify WheelEvent.wheelDelta / wheelDeltaX / wheelDeltaY == WebKit and Blink implement this IEism, and I'm implementing it in Gecko in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1708829, so probably should become part of the spec.
