Dear all, I've now (yay, finally) submitted the proposed changes to the PE charter. https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/pull/715 See the PR, but in short: * removed the points from "seeks to enhance" that are now done and delivered by PE3 * expanded the "clarifying relationship" point (which would also cover, in my view, the fact that we'll be essentially transferring mouse events - possibly even wheel events - to PE) * added the "exploration of high-level gestures" * tweaked language for out-of-scope gestures, to clarify that we don't seek to define HOW user agents determine that something is a gesture I believe this captures our general intent.
