Call for Consensus - ends 25 March 2025

Dear all,

I'd like to formally ask the working group to confirm that members are 
happy to go ahead with moving Pointer Events Level 3 (latest working 
draft: 13 March 2025 
https://www.w3.org/TR/2025/WD-pointerevents3-20250313/) on to the 
Candidate Recommendation track.

If you have concerns, please raise them before the CfC deadline.
