Patrick: [group discussed when best timeslots for TPAC would be - 
gravitated towards Friday morning sessions]

# Meta-issue: update WPT to cover Pointer Events Level 3

Mustaq: just yesterday i closed on more "needs-WPT" issue

Patrick: what we're left with is only one

Patrick: I think you wanted to check with masayuki

Olli: it's still open, we need some more tests. Masayuki keeps adding 
more edge cases

ACTION: Olli to chase up Masayuki regarding WPTs for #509

Philippe: so we're waiting on two things - that one WPT and the 
implementation report from me

Philippe: I'll be travelling a lot in July, but please reach out if you 
need anything

Patrick: thank you all, we'll keep it short and sweet. I'll submit the 
TPAC request now. see you all in 2 weeks' time

Patrick: randomly, the timezone converter, set to the correct date time 
for the very first session on monday, in case you need to work it out
