[Here](https://codepen.io/mustaqahmed/full/YzawKWW) is the same testcase but for testing with touch.  The only difference here is the `touch-action:none` to suppress `touchcancel` on finger drag.  We will discuss all Chrome bugs with mouse+touch tomorrow.
