Dear all, unfortunately I won't be able to make it this Wednesday due to childcare issues. I went ahead and cancelled this meeting - we'll reconvene properly on 23 June 2021. In the meantime, see the minutes from last meeting: https://www.w3.org/2021/05/26-pointerevents-minutes.html Of the two actions I had, I made two PRs. * Do user agents only coalesce pointermove events relating to changes in position? https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/375 Please review https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/379 - this is the one that includes the new glossary definition for "discrete and continuous properties". * It is unclear how predicted events' timestamps should relate to actual dispatched events https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/282 Please review https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/382 I'd like to get these merged soon (before the next meeting) if at all possible. Reminder that for 'Simplify/clarify coalesced and predicted events' https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/377, Rob wanted to take a stab at adding more information about the retargeting. In addition, in the run-up to the next meeting on the 23 June, I'd like to get some eyeballs on: * Unclear note about PointerEvent initialization of attributes to reflect coalesced events https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/374 * Expand explanation for non-coalesced events https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/379 And if you have time, any other "v3" issues https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Av3 that have been hanging around for a while...
