Paradoxically, the most robust support of mouse on tablet (and soon 
phone) currently is the newcomer iPadOS/Safari, where a bluetooth mouse 
truly is indistinguishable from a desktop mouse (with caveat of Media 
Queries 4 Interaction Media Features - see 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209292)
