Call For Consensus — ends Friday November 2 at 9am Boston time.

The Working Group has discussed at the F2F meeting at TPAC 2018 (see
     minutes here https://www.w3.org/2018/10/25-pointerevents-minutes.html)
marking Pointer Events Level 1 as superseded by Pointer Events Level 2.

which the W3C recommends for new adoption."

Positive replies/ +1s to this email would be appreciated, but aren't
     necessary.

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have
not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you
“not being able to live with” this decision, please let the group know
     before the CfC deadline.

     Many thanks,

     Patrick
