For consideration on the call:

* in light of https://github.com/w3c/transitions/issues/48 we need to 
urgently clarify where we're up to with tests (reminder: even if not all 
tests pass right now - though that would be ideal - we need to at least 
have an indication that where tests fail currently there's active work 
on resolving this, and ideally a development/beta/nightly build that 
passes, if we want the spec to be formalised)

* TPAC 2018

* rechartering the PEWG

And, as this just came in:

* https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/253 "GlobalEventHandlers is 
a mixin" ... any thoughts?
