Question on pointer events

Hi -

Does anybody know if HTML5 Pointer Events has ever been able to grab real pen data (including pressure) on the Windows 7 IE 11 implementation of PE?  I don't see any evidence that such data is supported on Win7.

If this is not the appropriate forum for asking this  question, please let me know where such a question could be asked.
