Draft agenda: 19 October 2016 call

Dear all,

as it's been a while since we last spoke (following the F2F in Lisbon),
it would be good to have a call this week.

There has been some mild activity on GitHub, but nothing (from my
perspective) that is really blocking us...but please feel free to raise
any further topics/issues on the call itself.

Proposed topics:

# Looking over GitHub issues, I currently see only one issue marked as
V2-blocking - "Considering adding an API to get pre-coalesced points"
https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/22 - there's a proposed PR
to address this https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/149

# Any other issues of interest for discussion?
https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues?page=1&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen

# Would be good to get a quick implementation status update - I know
Chrome has had its intent to ship approved and it looks like Chrome 55
is set to have PE enabled? Any news on Firefox front?
