Re: TPAC 2016 schedule

Sorry for the delay.  How about a two hour block each day?  That'll be
easier to schedule work at other groups around (eg. I need to order the
CSSWG agenda so a couple items don't overlap).

Eg. Monday 15:00-17:00, Tuesday 8:30-10:30 breaking early if (as I suspect)
we get through our agenda faster?
