Looks like MacOS has a standard API for this: [NSEvent tangentialPressure](https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/ApplicationKit/Classes/NSEvent_Class/#//apple_ref/occ/instp/NSEvent/tangentialPressure).
