Dear all, apologies for the late notice, but due to a sick 3-year-old and some childcare issues, I was unable to send out the agenda yesterday and won't be able to make the call in an hour's time. Not sure what the protocol here is...can the call go ahead without chair, or should we cancel it, or... I don't want to hold up discussion/delay things for a week, so unless it breaks the rules, can the call go ahead without me (provided somebody starts RRSagent and stops it at the end, generates minutes)?
