i don't believe - at least from my reading/understanding of the spec - that the intention is for `id` to be consistent across documents/iframes. are there scenarios where it would make a developer's life difficult if the `id` isn't kept the same (something like dragging from a parent to a child iframe, for instance...though i don't think that's easily achievable anyway at this stage)? -- GitHub Notification of comment by patrickhlauke Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/52#issuecomment-210088605 using your GitHub account
