https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25072 Bug ID: 25072 Summary: Tiny clarification for "10 Pointer Capture" Product: PointerEventsWG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Pointer Events specification Assignee: jrossi@microsoft.com Reporter: redux@splintered.co.uk QA Contact: public-pointer-events-bugzilla@w3.org CC: public-pointer-events@w3.org Currently this section opens with "Pointer capture allows the events for a particular pointer to be retargeted to a particular element other than the normal hit test result of the pointer's location." It's implied, but possibly worth adding that this also applies to compatibility mouse events? "Pointer capture allows the events for a particular pointer (including any compatibility mouse events) to be retargeted to a particular element other than the normal hit test result of the pointer's location." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
