https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24776 Bug ID: 24776 Summary: mouseenter/mouseleave in 11.1/11.2 note Product: PointerEventsWG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Pointer Events specification Assignee: jrossi@microsoft.com Reporter: redux@splintered.co.uk QA Contact: public-pointer-events-bugzilla@w3.org CC: public-pointer-events@w3.org Currently, the end of the last note on 11.1 and 11.2 reads "And, the mouseover and mouseout events are never prevented (even if the pointer is down)." Unless I'm mistaken, mouseover and mouseout can't be fired when the pointer is down anyway? Also, should these notes also include mouseenter/mouseleave. I'd suggest changing the wording in both cases to: "And, the mouseover, mouseenter, mouseout and mouseleave events are never prevented." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
