After much hard work from the entire group, I've just landed PR #324 into the W3C/web-platform-tests master branch! Thanks everyone for your great help. This should unblock Scott and Dave's work to refactor some tests and also look at any TTWF contributions that make sense to merge in.  Look for 2 additional PR's from Microsoft with a couple follow on test contributions soon.
