Filing some bugs

Hi,
As per our WG call last week, I've started to file some bugs for potential
open issues I see with pointer events.  Not all of these need immediate
traction, so I didn't want to start individual threads on each of these on
the list.  But feel free to respond to my comments in the bugs, or on the
list as desired.
