Yes, there should be at least one Test Case per Exit Criteria

 

MS: hm, this is not easily visible in the sheet, I think it would help to add a Test Case column to the table on https://github.com/w3c/poe/blob/gh-pages/test/cr-exit.md and add there IDs (like E24-2 …) of corresponding cases.
