I've updated the Implementation Report input sheet at

*	All test cased from the Evaluator page -
https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Evaluator - are included 
*	All cases from the Validation page -
https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Validation - are included, a few details
need to be fixed
*	Columns A to E are protected, cannot be changed by the public
*	Such a protection can be added after an implementer has filled in
his/her data!

 

Is anything missing?

 

When I see a thumbs-up I'll create the script to make an HTML table out of
it.
