Evaluator table - prohibition

Ben, the Table for Example 24 here: https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Evaluator <https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Evaluator>  still confuses me a bit.

Because it is a Prohibition, it may be clearer to add an “action” column to also indicate if it has been exercised or not (for each row)?

And Example 20 needs some attention?
