Links in the CR Test Regime Github page

Hi Renato and all,

 

I had a look at the Test Regime page -
https://github.com/w3c/poe/blob/gh-pages/test/test-regime.md - and noticed
that a/ that a colon was in between Information and Model - and b/ that the
shown URLs are strings and not links.

 

Ok, I moved the colon behind Model and tested how to activate the URLs:

The reason for these "simplified" URLs is the Quote markdown = indenting a
section to generate a grey background.

In a quote a URL cannot be activated.

At the very bottom I have copied the URL of the implementation reports to a
line without indent: the URL became a link.

 

For usability reasons I would prefer having active links, but that's my own
view only.
