As I have mentioned before, having these two terms (“ODRL Validator”, “ODRL Evaluator”) provides confusion and itself, conformance issues.
As we will not be identifying ODRL “systems” as validators and/or evaluators, then there is no point in introducing two terms, when the more generic “ODRL Processor” covers both.

We need to resolve this issue on Monday’s call.

Can all WG members please review the “Rules Processing” section [1] and provide explicit feedback on that narrative.

Or, please provide a complete alternative narrative to this section.
