We don’t observe DLS in my state in Australia (apparently, the cows will wake up earlier and produce less milk ;-)
So 12:30 GMT (Reykjavik) is the same time for me, others will move back (7:30AM New York, 13:30 Vienna)
We can change to 13:00 GMT to lessen the impact in the USA, and that will be 11PM in Brisbane.
