On the formal semantics

Dear all,

I would be happy to have a meeting to discuss the scope and reach of the 
formal semantics note.
In order to spark discussion, I attach a first document which comprises 
a fast overview of existing work and a catalogue of possible working 
lines (ultimately asking /"what do we want?//"/)

Perhaps during today's call (starting in 90 mins?) we can fix a meeting.
