I'm never sure where/whether GitHub sends mails so I'll send this too. I've tried to make good on my promise of working on a definition of an ODRL Evaluator. Pull request 207 [1] is the result. I added an id for each of the examples so I could refer to them (it's surprising to me that ReSpec doesn't do this), and then created some text to define an evaluator's behaviour for several of the examples. I must leave it to the WG to decide whether this approach is one to follow, but my aim is to define what software MUST do, so that, when run against the test suite, it's possible to tell whether it is conformant or not.
