There was mention at the last call to show an example of “Embargo time”. If the time is known, then you can, of course, just use a dateTime Constraint (eg "> 2007-01-31:12:00") If there is some other dependency, such as our classic “30 mins after the MANU v MANC football match” then technically you can work out that value (ie the game ends on 16:00 on 31 Jan 2017, so "> 2007-01-31:16:30”) (I don’t think we expect ODRL to natively support such calculations…) The other alternative now is to use the new rightOperandReference, where where specify the URL that will workout the datetime for you and just return the datetime literal.
