PHP expert

Dear WG, we need a PHP expert to look at the code we use to auto-create the Vocab spec from the ontology.

There is a small bug [1] we need to resolve in the PHPspecgen and/or EasyRDF code [2].

Please contact me if you can do this, or you have dev who can ;-)
