Teleconf Meeting minutes and issues

Dear all, the draft teleconference meeting minutes from Monday’s weekly call:

The main outcome from the Constraint call was to improve the definitions of the Constraint Names and Comments for clarity and consistency, and to “enable" processing (such as to indicate which variable to compare) with guidelines in the comments.

As well as to review the Constraints narrative in the ODRL Information Model.
