Dear all, Renato, Ben and I have been looking at the results of the Doodle poll [1] trying to find a regular time slow for the WG's weekly meetings. Of course there is *no* time when everyone is available, still less, readily available, therefore any choice is a compromise that will upset someone. To cut a long story short, the day and time chosen is: MONDAY 08:00 New York, 13:00 London, 14:00 Paris, 21:00 Brisbane Both Caroline and Sabrina have indicated that this is not a good time. Will it always be bad? How definite is your 'no?' Selecting Monday poses another problem in that that's when lots of holidays fall. There are 3 UK bank holiday Mondays between now and the end of May, for example. The first of them is this coming (Easter) Monday. So... for *this* week, we'll have the call at the same time as last week on THURSDAY. So that's: Thursday 24th at noon UTC http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html?iso=20160324T12&p1=0&p2=47&p3=43&p4=195&p5=236 or, if you prefer: 08:00 EDST (New York) 12:00 GMT (London) 13:00 CET (Vienna/Madrid) 22:00 AEST (Brisbane) Skip the following week Start regular Monday calls on Monday 4th April, also at noon UTC http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html?iso=20160404T12&p1=0&p2=47&p3=43&p4=195&p5=236 08:00 EDST (New York) 13:00 BST (London) 14:00 CEST (Vienna/Madrid) 22:00 AEST (Brisbane) Notice that European times are one hour later since Europe changes to DST this weekend - in fact, it's at the same time UTC. Ben will be posting the agenda for this Thursday's meeting in the coming day or so. Phil.
