Now I realise that we should speak then of hasRightOperand, and 
hasRightOperandReference.
And then, indeed, "hasConflict" instead of "conflict", and 
"hasPermission" instead of "permission", "hasInheritFrom" etc.

I see the minutes at https://www.w3.org/2017/01/09-poe-minutes, and 
see no disagreement with Phil's proposal, but also I dont see an 
explicit "mandate" (issue/resolution). Michael, do you think I should 
implement this in the main git branch?
