Using which property?

That's not how
[`odrl:relation`](https://github.com/w3c/poe/blob/gh-pages/vocab/ODRL22.ttl#L568)
and
[`odrl:target`](https://github.com/w3c/poe/blob/gh-pages/vocab/ODRL22.ttl#L587)
are used in the ontology nor defined in the
[Vocab](https://w3c.github.io/poe/vocab/#term-relation): "_Note:
**Sub-properties of relation** are used to define the nature of
that link._"
