@vroddon there is no 'official' colour code guide, although there some issues mentioned in [1]. However, the issue is often the requirement on minimum luminosity and the right contrast among colours. The requirements are listed in the WAI document[2] but, probably, the tools advising on on the right contrasts are easier to use.
