First reason is that I feel that the "ont" ontology: http://www.kanzaki.com/ns/ontology-annot Is a one person effort and would fail the W3C Normative reference guidelines: https://www.w3.org/2013/09/normative-references Second, is trying to reduce the number of dependent ontologies.
