[PNG] The coming meeting is on

Hello everyone,

This coming Monday, we have a meeting scheduled. I suggest we keep this one.
As a quick reminder, there will be a link to the meeting & the minutes doc

I have implemented inflate <https://github.com/ProgramMax/maxCompression>
myself to become familiar with all the intricate details. I want to make
sure we specify the restart markers with wisdom. I am currently adding
those restart markers for encoding & parallel decoding to the test rig. I'm
not done yet, but I believe I will be before our meeting.

Additionally, I plan to have those test images compared to JXL. I'm less
confident I'll have all that done before the meeting.
