[PNG] Meeting minutes - Oct 27th, 2025

Hello everyone,

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from Oct 27th, 2025.

It was short and sweet. We confirmed C2PA concerns raised have already been
fixed (it was a bug in the implementation, not a spec issue) and that we'll
do some preparation for TPAC 2025.

Our next meeting is during TPAC and will have different hours (9:00-12:30
JST, 19:00-22:30 EST).
The meeting after that will resume regular hours.
