This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Portable 
Network Graphics (PNG) Working Group:

The deadline for responses is 23:59 UTC on 17 November 2025 [0].

The mission of the PNG Working Group is to maintain and develop the 
Portable Network Graphics (PNG) specification. The proposed charter adds 
a new deliverable, PNG Fifth Edition.

The Advisory Committee Representatives of current participants will need 
to have their organizations re-join the group if the revised charter 
gets approved.

The horizontal review of the charter is available as a Strategy Github
