[PNG] Resuming meetings Dec 8th

Hello everyone,

TPAC altered our usual meeting time. It would have been Monday of that week
but we met on Friday (and at a different time).

To resume the usual schedule, we should have met Monday this week, Nov
24th. However, I was still on vacation then and didn't pay attention to it.

Since we meet every other week, let's meet again on Dec 8th to resume the
typical cadence.
