I'll also be at TPAC for other groups. I don't feel strongly about having a group meeting as we've been making good progress, but I wonder if a breakout might be a good way to invite input on 4th edition.

As we will be in the early stages of Fourth Edition, it seems liaising
with the wider world will be useful.

I will be attending TPAC anyway, for other groups.

BTW since the web page does not explicitly give a country (but one can
guess from the timezone) the meeting is in Japan.
